Vote Mama builds the political power of moms through three distinct organizations:
Vote Mama Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, is the leading source of research and analysis on the political participation of moms and works to break the structural barriers moms face running for and serving in elected office.
Vote Mama Lobby, a 501(c)(4) organization, is dedicated to building the political power of moms and families.
Vote Mama PAC is the first PAC in the country dedicated to supporting Democratic moms running for office up and down the ballot and across the country.

core responsibilities
Board members serve two-year terms. Vote Mama 501(c)3 and 501(c)4 Boards meet jointly once per quarter, scheduled online for 90-120 minutes during East Coast business hours.
All Board members are expected to:
Attend every remote Board meeting.
Hold an official role and perform those duties (generally 8-10 hours per year outside of Board meetings).
Champion Vote Mama in your online and in-person social networks by promoting our work, attending events with invited guests from your network, fundraising, and donating to Vote Mama.
Board members are also strongly encouraged to participate in the biannual in-person Board meeting, usually held in Q4.
